Standard shipping of an order is free of charge within Germany.
⮞ How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks after the order is accepted, of which about 10 working days are required for production.
⮞ How can i track the status of my order?
We will keep you informed of the status of your order by email.
⮞ How do i know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email from us after your order's shipment.
⮞ What happens if the package does not arrive?
Our logistics partner DHL or UPS handles delivery via premium shipment, so your goods are automatically insured and can be tracked.
⮞ Can i change the address subsequently?
For security reasons, you cannot change the shipping and billing address after you place the order.
⮞ Do you deliver to a location outside germany?
No, at the moment we only deliver our goods within Germany.
⮞ How my order will be packed?
We deliver each piece of jewelry in a fine jewelry case inside a protective box, along with a Certificate of Authenticity and the invoice.
