SHIPPING AREA

Your order can only be shipped within Germany.

SHIPPING COST

Standard shipping is free of charge within Germany. Depending on your order, it will be delivered by DHL or UPS.

DELIVERY TIME

Your order will be produced personally for you; thus, the delivery time from receipt of the order is 2 - 3 weeks, of which approximately ten working days are required for production. We will keep you informed about the status of your order by email. Alternatively, you can also query the current status via your customer account.

PACKAGING

For every piece of jewelry, you will receive a noble jewelry case, together with the certificate of authenticity and the invoice. Nobody should draw any conclusions about the package's contents; thus, the dispatch occurs in a neutral shipping box without NOVOCI inscription; instead, we use the name: M. Abi Saber as the sender.

TRACKING

We will provide you with an email as soon as your package leaves our premises. If your package reaches the wrong address there is a delay in its delivery, please contact us at [email protected].

PACKAGE CANNOT BE DELIVERED

Should the assigned transport company return the goods to us, because delivery to you was not possible, you bear the costs for the unsuccessful dispatch. This shall not apply, if you exercises your right to cancel effectively, if the delivery cannot be made due to circumstances beyond your control or if you have been temporarily impeded to receive the offered service, unless we have notified you about the service for a reasonable time in advance. Please contact us at [email protected] if you would still like to receive the item.

If an order containing an engraved item is undeliverable, we will contact you by phone or email and ask you to provide us with the correct delivery address or an alternative one. Engraved items cannot be returned for a refund.

PACKAGE IS DAMAGED AND/OR INCOMPLETE

If you discover that the package is damaged when you receive it, please don't accept it or sign to enable our logistics partner to initiate a damage report before returning it to us immediately.

If refusal of acceptance is not possible, please contact us immediately after receipt of the package by email at [email protected] or by phone at +49 (0) 152 389 885 80. Of course, we will still accept the damage report from our logistics partner. In this scenario, however, we will also need you to send us a picture of the damaged package.

SUBSEQUENT CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

For security reasons, we cannot change the shipping and billing address after you place the order and if you have any inquiries in this regard, please contact us at [email protected]. Please ensure that you are available to accept your package at the time of delivery.
