Warranty Policy

We believe that a quality product should always be accompanied by excellent service. Therefore, in addition to the statutory warranty claims, NOVOCI provides a lifetime warranty under the following conditions.

1. WARRANTY SCOPE

• • The lifetime warranty extends geographically to the Federal Republic of Germany and applies to all NOVOCI jewelry purchased through our online boutique at NOVOCI.de.
  • The warranty is bound to the original purchaser and is not transferable to third parties.
  • In case of material or manufacturing defects in the goods you have purchased, we will provide you with one of the following services at our discretion within the scope of the warranty:
              - Repair of the item free of charge or
              - Exchange of the article for an equivalent item free of charge
  • Money-back guarantee in case of withdrawal (within 30 days after receipt of the goods)
  • Replaced jewelry components become the property of NOVOCI.

2. MAKING A CLAIM UNDER THE WARRANTY

• • A claim under the warranty is subject to the condition that we are enabled to examine the guarantee claim by sending in the goods on request. Care must be taken to avoid damage and loss in transit by using appropriate packaging and insured shipping.
  • To apply for warranty service, you must provide NOVOCI with proof of purchase upon request (e.g. by enclosing a copy of the original invoice for the returned goods) and/or the completed warranty card. We ask for your understanding that NOVOCI may refuse warranty service without providing proof of purchase and/or the warranty card, as the proof is to ensure the initial seller and the purchase at NOVOCI.de.
  • In the event of a warranty claim, NOVOCI will bear the shipping costs if standard shipping and return is used, otherwise the costs must be borne by the customer. Please also read our return policy.

3. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY

Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods due to

• • Misuse or improper handling
  • Environmental influences (humidity, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
  • Use of force (e.g. impact, shock, fall)
  • Unauthorised repair attempts or repair attempts by third parties that were not carried out by an authorised NOVOCI partner
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Loss/theft of the centre and/or side stones, NOVOCI accepts no responsibility for missing
  • Missing jewellery components or stones
  • NOVOCI jewelry with altered or removed stamps

NOTES

Please note that your lifetime warranty will be invalidated if you have your product engraved and/or resized by a third party other than NOVOCI GmbH.

Please note that slight irregularities, natural characteristics of the metal or colour and inclusions in precious and decorative stones are natural characteristics of the item and may be due to craftsmanship and therefore do not constitute a defect.

Your statutory rights in the event of defects are not restricted by this guarantee promise and can be claimed by you free of charge. Any existing statutory warranty rights against us therefore remain unaffected by this guarantee promise.
