Our logistics partner DHL or UPS handles delivery via premium shipment, so your goods are automatically insured and can be tracked.

For security reasons, you cannot change the shipping and billing address after you place the order.
⮞ Do you deliver to a location outside germany?
No, at the moment we only deliver our goods within Germany.
⮞ How my order will be packed?
We deliver each piece of jewelry in a fine jewelry case inside a protective box, along with a Certificate of Authenticity and the invoice.

We do not offer a catalog.

⮞ What can i do if my ring doesn't fit? Can i change the ring size subsequently?
If the ring does not fit, you can send it back to us for resizing free of charge within 30 days after receiving the order.
⮞ Can i have the ring size changed at another jeweler?
Any change in size or repairs by a third party will void our lifetime warranty
⮞ Can the ring size of an engraved ring be changed?
Changing the ring size of an engraved article is often very time-consuming and associated with a loss of quality.
⮞ The size of a ring has been already changed. What does a new change cost?
In addition to the size difference, the price for a size change also depends on the product's design (number of stones, metal).
⮞ Can i have an article engraved?
NOVOCI offers you a free engraving service. You can choose from different fonts and insert special symbols.
⮞ Can i also have an article engraved after the receipt?
If you have received the product without an engraving, you can send it back for a fee of € 50 plus € 6.90 shipping costs and have it engraved afterwards.
⮞ Can i have an engraving removed from an item?
Removing an engraving from an article is often very time-consuming and associated with a loss of quality. We, therefore, do not offer this service.
⮞ Can i have an item engraved at novoci that has been purchased from another jeweller?
We do not engrave, resize, or repair products that you did not purchase from NOVOCI.

At NOVOCI we only work with the most renowned diamond suppliers who supply us with natural and conflict-free diamonds of the highest quality.

Our photos aim to depict colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and display settings. Achieving an exact color representation is challenging and depends on several variables. While we strive to provide the most accurate visual representation of our products, please consider the potential for minor differences in hue or tone.

⮞ From where does the gold come that is used by novoci?
For our production we only use recycled gold, which we obtain from our supplier, who is a member of the RJC (Responsible Jewelery Council).
⮞ How do i know that i am dealing with a business entity and not with an individual?
NOVOCI GmbH is a registered company with the commercial registration number Stuttgart HRB 770941.
⮞ Are the designs offered novoci’s or are they knock-offs?
We have our own in-house designers and every model we post on the site is the property of NOVOCI.
⮞ How do i know your product is authentic?
Our jewelry come with a Certificate of Authenticity. It certifies that the article was made exclusively by NOVOCI and that all precious metal parts and precious stones are genuine and assayed.
⮞ Will my credit card data be saved after i ordered?
We do not have your credit card details. We strictly adhere to the EU data protection regulation.
