REFUND - MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE WITHIN 30 DAYS

If you are unhappy with your online purchase for any reason, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it. We will issue a full refund at the price you paid for the product if the returned item meets the following condition:

  • You must follow our return procedures. Unless the product you are returning meets the return procedures guidelines, we cannot accept it for a refund.
  • Your product must be complete, unworn, unused, and in as-new condition. For example, if you have opened the box to examine the product, you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way.
  • You must return the product with the original box, packing, and accessories with all original certificates
  • If the product you are returning includes a special bundled offer, the additional products must also be returned, or you may choose to have the cost subtracted from your refund.
  • Please note that personalized items, such as engraved products, cannot be returned
  • NOVOCI is not responsible for any product that you do not return in the manner set forth above. Once you have sent the product back to us, we will process it and then notify you by email about your refund. You can expect a full refund within three weeks of us receiving your returned item, using the same method of payment used to purchase it.

RETURNS FOR RESIZING

If you like to resize your item within 30 days of receipt, we are glad to resize it one time free of charge. Please note that NOVOCI can only offer you the sizes listed on the website. Also, NOVOCI reserves the right to decide, depending on the design and size difference, whether a size change is possible or whether a new order of the article with the correct size is necessary. Therefore, please always contact our customer service at [email protected] before returning the product. We will then immediately send you a return label for free return shipping. Please make sure to send your product for resizing in the box you received and all its contents.

Please note that your lifetime warranty will be void if you have your product resized by a third party other than NOVOCI GmbH. For further details, go to our Warranty Policy Page.

RETURNS FOR REPAIR

Defective or damaged jewelry pieces from NOVOCI covered by the lifetime guarantee or warranty claim can be returned free of charge for repair or replacement. Jewelry found to be defective or damaged will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. If NOVOCI sends you a substitute for a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, the original product must first be returned to NOVOCI before dispatching the replacement product. Please always contact our customer service at [email protected] before returning the product and to know the repair costs. We will immediately send you a return label for free return shipping.

HOW TO SEND BACK

If you are not sure about the product's quality or appearance when you purchase it, contact our customer service at [email protected].

  • Please do not refuse mail delivery if you do not want the product after being shipped.
  • Please always contact our customer service at [email protected] before returning the product. We will then immediately send you a pre-franked return label for free return shipping.
  • Do not write 'jewelry,’ 'diamonds,' or any other identifiable word or phrase relating to luxury jewelry on the packaging. Doing so will help protect the package against possible theft during transportation.
  • Please make sure the item is securely packaged for return shipping. NOVOCI accepts no liability for any damage during transport.
  • Please note that you will bear the return costs if you do not use the return label we have provided. In this case, NOVOCI assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to the package.
